الطلبات
بإتمام الطلب عبر الموقع، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. نؤكد الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو الهاتف، ويحق لنا رفض أي طلب في حال عدم توفر المنتج أو وجود خطأ في البيانات أو السعر.
الأسعار والدفع
جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي. طريقة الدفع المتاحة حالياً هي الدفع عند الاستلام نقداً للمندوب.
الشحن والتوصيل
نشحن داخل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة فقط. رسوم الشحن 20 درهماً، والشحن مجاني للطلبات فوق 200 درهم. مدة التوصيل المتوقعة من يوم إلى خمسة أيام عمل، وقد تتأخر لأسباب خارجة عن إرادتنا.
الاسترجاع والاستبدال
نقبل الاسترجاع للمنتجات المعيبة أو التالفة فقط، ويتم حل الأمر عن طريق الاستبدال. لا نقوم باسترداد المبالغ النقدية. تفاصيل السياسة الكاملة في صفحة سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال.

منتجاتنا أغذية وأعشاب ومستحضرات عناية، وليست أدوية. المعلومات المعروضة على الموقع لأغراض التعريف بالمنتج فقط، ولا تُستخدم لتشخيص أي حالة صحية أو علاجها. يُنصح باستشارة مختص قبل الاستخدام، خاصة للحوامل والمرضعات ومن يتناولون أدوية. قد يختلف شكل العبوة عن الصورة المعروضة.

Orders
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. We confirm orders by email or phone, and we may decline an order if the item is unavailable or if the details or price are incorrect.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). The available payment method is cash on delivery, paid to the courier.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United Arab Emirates only. Shipping costs 20 AED, and is free on orders over 200 AED. Expected delivery is one to five working days, and may take longer for reasons outside our control.
Returns and exchanges
We accept returns for defective or damaged products only, and resolve them by exchange. We do not offer cash refunds. Full details are on our Returns and Exchanges Policy page.

Our products are foods, herbs and personal care preparations, not medicines. Information on this website describes the product only, and is not used to diagnose or treat any health condition. Consult a specialist before use, especially if pregnant, breastfeeding or taking medication. Packaging may differ from the photograph shown.
